My client is a leading global consumer business now looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team. Applicants must have a strong digital marketing and social media background whilst working in a consumer environment. We are looking for someone who not only lives and breathes digital marketing but wants to play an instrumental role in the development and implementation of a digital strategy for a strong and growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Global Product team and Marketing Communications Manager to plan, design & execute relevant and engaging social media strategies and assets that support the businesses geographical and category areas of focus
Manage external agencies in the EMEA region that support a localised content strategy
Liaise with global Marketing Communications team to align and/or benefit from our local social media strategies
Define, plan and execute the brand and product keyword strategy and identify opportunities to optimise the website accordingly
Develop Google Ads to support the acquisition of new customers
Define, plan and execute an end user e-marketing strategy
Work with Sales team to develop and execute customer specific digital programs that drive brand and product awareness and growth
Manage all content in line with the Product and Marketing strategies to ensure it is relevant and maximised from an end user journey and SEO perspective
Keep close to the end user journey to ensure an engaging, relevant and fast user experience
Create and build new relevant content, communicating with the global teams to ensure Brand alignment, consistent messaging and a sharing of resources
Work with sales team and their respective accounts to improve and align the Brand on-line experience
Management of marketing content and campaigns which includes :
Create, optimise and manage all product listings which includes the EMEA strategy
Ensure content is engaging and relevant. where gaps existing develop and/or work with the Marketing Communications Manager to create said assets
On-going management of listings to ensure content accuracy, brand compliance and where necessary report and take corrective action of any hijacked listings
Define and implement revenue generating Amazon campaigns (AMS, AMG, Vine, e-mail) that drive brand and product awareness and align with the Product strategy
Use Amazon Retail Analytics to manage and measure campaign progress, make relevant and appropriate adjustments and to report campaign success and ROI
Collaborate with the Global Brand and EMEA Sales team to develop, execute and manage a trademark hygiene strategy and dashboard that speaks to our global directive, providing local support to the sales team and customer portfolio to identify and correct
Managing digital and social media agency relationships

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level
Must have extensive experience in digital marketing & social media channels within a business to consumer environment (consumer durables, fmcg or retail sectors)
Experience of working with affiliates ie, Amazon and eBay platforms
Able to manage agency relationships
Strong working knowledge and adopter of digital trends, tools, and technologies
A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy with an eye for good design
Problem solving and creative thinking skills to enable generation of new and innovative ideas
Strong verbal and creative writing skills for articulating ideas, producing high quality and compelling content
Strong administration, IT skills and budget management skills
An understanding of web technologies, web programming languages, SEO, PPC google Adwords, google+ google analytics and website performance measurement, ROI
Working understanding of Amazon Vendor Central which includes Retail Analytics. Photoshop, HTML, Hootsuite, Sitecore, Salesforce
Company Benefits:
Salary up to £40k+Bonus (Negotiable, depending on experience)
25 days holiday+bank holidays
