CRM Manager - Digital
A much loved, High street brand is on the hunt for a talented CRM Manager. The company has been continuously growing for a number of years and is now branching out globally and has a load of amazing projects on the horizon - Great time to join!
CRM Manager will report into the Head of Digital and will be responsible for managing all aspects of email/CRM campaigns from working with the content and design teams to the head of commercial producing monthly/seasonal Promotional offers as well as data segmentation and on-time delivery.
*Develop a customer centric communications programme.
*Run effective targeted campaigns aimed at increasing retention and customer lifetime value.
*Manage the customer database & ensure database best practices are being followed.
*Manage the briefing, scheduling and testing of all emails communications.
*Using data insight, evaluate performance of all campaigns and make recommendations for improvements to weekly newsletters and overall CRM strategy.
*Actively champion new ideas and initiatives.
*Focus on developing email best practices and mobile optimisation.
*Work with the Content Team, the Social Editor and the Acquisition Team to develop CRM activities, including re-targeting campaigns.
You'll be commercially focused with 2-5 years' experience in an email marketing role in a B2C environment. You will also:
*Know email best practices, management and design.
*Experience using Teradata, Salesforce or any other similar platform
*Have great use of Google Analytics or similar programme to report on email.
*Be strong numerically and have sound analytical skills.
*Proven experience of managing email platforms in a fast paced B2C environment.
*Excellent multi-project management and organisational skills.
