CRM Manager, Acquisition
Our client is one of the UK's leading independent media groups known for its award winning national publications both in print and online. They are looking to expand their acquisition department and need a CRM Manager to join their busy and developing team.
The purpose of the role is deliver CRM strategy in order to driver commercial revenue, strengthen the organisation's relationship with its audience, grow the business and provide the best audience experience using email as the primary channel.
In this role you will work closely with the planning, data and insight teams to develop segmentation and contact strategy for customer acquisition. You will continually evaluate, report and provide ongoing testing and optimisation to make recommendations for improving conversion rates as well as managing the customer database and providing ongoing measurement of KPIs. You will provide forecasts and volume generation for performance marketing plans and work with relevant stakeholders and suppliers to optimise functionality and processes behind CRM activity.
The successful candidate will have proven experience within a B2C digital environment, hand on email marketing experience with good knowledge CRM tools and technology. They will have experience developing customer journeys, lifestyle marketing, customer segmentation, campaign automation and the ability to provide insight through reporting and data analysis.
