Our client is one of the UK's leading independent media groups known for its award winning national publications both in print and online. They are looking to expand their CRM Marketing department and need a CRM Executive to join their busy and developing team.
The purpose of the role is to work closely with the CRM team to deliver CRM strategy in order to strengthen the organisation's relationship with its audience, grow the business and provide the best audience experience in all communications.
The role will involve working with the CRM Marketing Manager to implement lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve engagement and retention, evaluate reporting and provide recommendations for improving conversion rates, helping to manage the customer database and provide ongoing measurement of KPIs. You will adopt a very data driven approach, collaborate with marketing teams on campaign delivery and deliver end to end email campaigns.
The successful candidate will have proven experience within a B2C digital environment, hand on email marketing experience with knowledge of ESP and HTML coding and the ability to develop templates using exact target. They will have a good understanding of customer journeys, lifestyle marketing, customer segmentation and campaign automation. They will also have the ability to provide insight through reporting and data analysis.
