With an impressive track record for tech and retail brands such as Sony, Samsung, Canon, John Lewis and more, they've just launched their new identity and are looking forward to their most exciting year in business.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with passion for the digital/creative industry to cover a key role within their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative environment with amazing long-term prospects.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • New business: network development, meetings, cold calling, marketing leads
  • Building and managing the pipeline of opportunities, forecasting revenue potential
  • Developing existing accounts and identifying new areas of opportunity
  • Representing the agency at relevant industry events
  • Working closely with MD and CD to drive the new business from a strategic perspective
  • Fully understanding and reaching clients' objectives with relevant proposals
  • Managing the CRM system and preparing materials for presentations, outlines, pitches
  • Communicate with teams to develop campaigns to meet clients' needs

 

Skills & Experience required

  • ESSENTIAL proven experience selling to media & digital agencies
  • Impressive track record of the above built within an agency environment
  • Commercial experience growing and forecasting revenues
  • Good knowledge & understanding of the digital market
  • Outstanding client facing skills (ability influencing decision makers and building solid relationships)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Great team player, confident working individually
  • Proactive approach, strategic mindset, keen to exceed targets
