About Us
An organisation like no other, we are a major private company which manages a high-profile national institution – with the overall aim of maximising returns to the Good Causes in a socially responsible way. One of the UK’s leading consumer brands, around 70% of UK adults regularly play The National Lottery and annual sales are over £5 billion. Serving the nation’s dreams is a complex business. As well as offering lottery players a range of games and a truly integrated multi-channel experience – including a 27,500-strong UK-wide retail network and a next generation website with 4 million registered customers – we also have to ensure that consumers play National Lottery games responsibly.
